Pass a Pom is a simple, intergenerational challenge that invites people to come together, take part in an activity, pass the pom on, and spark connection across generations during Global Intergenerational Week 2026.
It brings together people and communities across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia to celebrate intergenerational connection.
Ready to take part?
Get together with someone from another generation in your family, workplace, school, or community. Make a pom together, then film a short moment of it being passed and caught.
Once your clip is uploaded, we will link it with others to create a shared Chain Reaction celebrating intergenerational connection.
